With arguably one of the most experienced teams, in terms of combined experience between all our staff, our office has four registered agents and one licensed agent, which in itself shows the depth ofexperience and educational qualifications. All of our consultants have extensive experience throughout the Canberra/Queanbeyan region and offer a high profile in the Inner North and Inner South market. As such, we have an extensive client list.

Our emphasis on relationships as a small agency, which in many cases has turned to friendships, is really our main point of difference. Whilst large agencies certainly offer greater financial resources, it is a fact that large organizations in some cases cannot offer what is considered personal service through their sheer size. As a boutique exclusive agency, in excess of 80% of our business comes from referrals, which means we have a term relationship with existing clients. We are committed to constantly assessing and improving our standard of service. We also offer a 24 hour emergency service to our tenants and clients.

As a small office our communication skills are critical. We have found by constantly striving to improve our communication skills that our referral base has expanded dramatically, as we envisage a high percentage of our growth will occur via this referral base .Bright Partners recently relocated its’ office and customized the fit out to maximize efficiency and staff comfort as well as the ability to deliver professional services. We will continue to develop our office and the facilities that it offers. We are now located in a prime location in Manuka directly between St George Bank and Australia Post, offering our clients maximum exposure through window displays. Our ultimate goal is to become one of Canberra’s most exclusive boutique agencies offering a premium service and building our reputation on this service. In doing this we firmly believe that there is a large percentage of the market who are looking for that personal touch, and a longer term relationship with an agency, as they would their lawyer or accountant.
